Skills weekend Luxembourg focuses on, among other things, Enduro and Trail technology!
Skills Training in Luxembourg
Explore the beautiful Luxembourg, just a 3.5 hour drive from the heart of the Netherlands, and be surprised. During this weekend the focus is on becoming proficient in trail and enduro technique. In Luxembourg you will develop your technique for riding in steep and rocky terrain, with drops, jumps and climbs on various surfaces and in situations that demand the utmost of both your equipment and your riding skills.
Step by step we will introduce you to the trail and enduro techniques, following a logical progression. Your skills will take a giant leap forward as you familiarize yourself with the finesse of enduro riding. Prepare yourself for an unforgettable experience that will not only hone your techniques but also let you enjoy the breathtaking surroundings of Luxembourg.
Level 2
You are an advanced MTB-er, you know how to ride trails at home and abroad with confidence. During the level 2 skills weekend we will briefly go back and then start refining the technique in very challenging terrain. You have a good condition to be able to MTB-en for three days and bridge 1000hm per day. Knee and elbow protection is mandatory.
Day program
Friday
Experience an adrenaline-filled weekend that will take your riding skills to new heights! The adventure begins on Friday afternoon, when we meet at the local bike park for an unforgettable enduro experience. Discover the essence of enduro mountain biking as we focus on essential techniques. Master the art of seamless rolling drops, master banked and edged turns like a pro, effortlessly lift both front and rear wheels over obstacles and master technical turns and challenging switchbacks. Do you dare to conquer the steepest slopes and maybe even make a jump?
Saturday
Saturday is your day to conquer the Mullerthal trails, an epic route that will get your heart racing. Enjoy the perfect balance of smooth flow trails, rugged rock formations, challenging climbs and technical descents that challenge your “slow skills”. As we ride, we will thoroughly analyze technical sections, share valuable insights and practice together to hone our skills. Mastery in speed estimation, choosing the optimal line and viewing techniques are key. And yes, we certainly don’t forget the bunny hop – a ‘mini masterclass’ awaits you along the way!
Sunday
Sunday morning brings us to the breathtaking world of Red-Rocks, an almost otherworldly environment created by iron ore mining. Here, in this enchanting miniature canyon, we delve deeper into the techniques we have learned over the past few days. In the midst of this enchanting natural paradise, we apply a wide range of skills. From loose and steep terrain that challenges both up and down, to challenging switchbacks, technical climbing and descending, and breathtaking drops – Red-Rocks offers it all.
This weekend goes beyond a regular mountain bike experience; it is an immersive journey to the pinnacle of enduro mountain biking.

Good travel insurance is very important for a mountain bike trip. Not every travel insurance covers high-risk sports such as mountain biking or activities in mountainous terrain. When participating in this trip, it is mandatory to take out travel insurance that covers mountaineering risks. Check carefully whether your travel insurance covers this!
