Welcome to
Luxembourg
Best of Luxembourg - Weekend
Luxembourg is only a 3.5 hour drive from the middle of the Netherlands. Officially, the Grand Duchy is known to most of us for the Mill Man Trail, ridden annually by the famous Müllerthal. The Müllerthal Trail was recently declared Europe's most beautiful hiking trail and that also applies to the MTB trails in our opinion. Sounds interesting already? Luxembourg has so much more to offer!
During the Best of Luxembourg weekend you will get to know two different regions. Firstly Red Rocks These trails are located in the south of Luxembourg around the old mining area which has changed the landscape into a challenging environment for mountain bikers. The iron-rich soil and the high cliffs make you feel like you are in the American Utah. Our guide has over 20 years of experience in the Red Rocks and knows exactly where to find the most beautiful single tracks and challenging Trail Features. Drops, Rocks, Bike park elements, single tracks over sharp ridges ... a MTB playground that will leave the necessary impression.
The Mullerthal. This area is characterized by bizarre rocks, enormous gorges, mossy forests and picturesque stream valleys. Mullerthal is popularly known as Little Switzerland called. Technical and especially natural trails in abundance. Led by the guide, the most beautiful paths are taken with the necessary technical challenges.
Best of Luxembourg is two full days plus an evening of adventure with our guide. Challenging trails alternating with beautiful views you will enjoy the diversity that Luxembourg has to offer.
Level: Advanced, you are already experienced on the mountainbike. Dutch courses are no problem for you and you can bridge about 30-50km with 900hm every day.
This trip is also suitable for E-MTB.
This weekend is a guided weekend, there is also a full clinic weekend in Luxembourg where you can spend three full days with our MTB trainers going out to learn and push your technical boundaries: Skills Weekend Luxembourg

The official program starts around 6:00 PM with a tour of approximately 25 km (from the hotel) followed by a well-deserved aperitif (drink + snack) around 8:30 PM in the oldest restaurant in Luxembourg “Bei der Giedel”. A nice first introduction with each other, with the guide and with Luxembourg.
Saturday
After a good breakfast, you will dive into the industrial past of Luxembourg today. The land of red rocks, or the famous Red Rock Trails are on the program. “Little Utah” it is also called and we will definitely visit the natural bike park of “Little Utah” today. But first we dive into the woods, here the traces of the mining are also clearly visible and have ensured that an ultimate mountain bike playground has been created. We mainly ride natural single tracks alternating with parts of different measured routes and areas with bike park-like elements. Count on 40km / 900hm.
Upon returning to the hotel, a communal dinner is planned (own expense) where the day's adventures can be discussed.

Of course known for the annual Mill Man Trail. Mountain biking through the rock crevices, through forests, sun-drenched valleys and through small water streams. You ride challenging trails under the guidance of our local guide who knows this area like the back of his hand and knows where to find the most beautiful paths. After the start in Echternach you ride a classic gorge located close to the Sauer, after which the guide takes the crossing to the German side of the Müllerthal for even more challenging trails trials. When participating in this trip, it is mandatory to take out travel insurance that covers mountain sports risks. Check carefully whether your travel insurance covers this!
