Raising the bar in a safe way is what it's all about during the Rocky Trails & Drops Clinic in Beringen In the morning we start with the basic technique, which we build on for the rest of the day.
Trainer Martin takes the MTB Hopper to practice jumps and feel comfortable in the air.
We're going to get started on the Alpine line (Rocks), the Jump line and of course the Drops!
The Drops are in increasing height of 15 cm to 130 cm.
